A Gates SA-40 control board was in use at WJMA in October 1970 when Les Myers took this picture. This board was replaced by the Fall of 1971 by a QRK 8 board when the control room was remodeled and reoriented.
The yellow paper on the right side of the board is probably the weather forecast. A copy book for live read commercials is open on the reading stand. To the right of the microphone are the "Bulletin Board" cards.
