This picture is probably from the winter of 1972. It is most likely from one of the WJMA's "Pepsi Parties". Profits from the station's Pepsi machine were use to take the staff out to dinner once or twice a year. The location is not certain, but it may have been That Steak Place, a Charlottesville restaurant.
