The occassion is the Orange Junior Chamber of Commerce Charter Night on January 14, 1952 at the DeVivi Club. Livick was the group's first president. Mason the first vice president and Sparks the second vice president. Mullendore, a speech professor at UVa and state president of the Junior Chamber of Commerce, was the evening's guest speaker.
