At this time the person on the left is undentified. On the right is Art Livick, General Manager of WJMA and also the first president of the Orange County Chapter of the Junior Chamber of Commerce. The event is the group's charter night on January 14, 1948 at the DeVivi Club. Over 200 attended the event which was probably broadcast on WJMA whose studios were in the same building.
The person on the far right is Anne Livick.
