This picture was part of a large newspaper ad in the Orange Review. The caption read: "Bob is a native of Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and is a ten year veteran of radio and television in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. He served as Athletic and Intelligence Officer in WWII and handles the programming and public relations of WJMA."
After leaving WJMA in 1959, Bob went WBRX in Berwick, PA; WHVR/WAAM in Ann Arbor, MI, where he broadcast University of Michigan football and basketball games; and spend many years at WNTX in Portsmouth, OH, where he was General Manager and for a few years broadcast Ohio State football and basketball. He broadcast the 1968 Ohio State national Championship game.
